Adding Your Farm Logo

Where the Logo Is Used

  • Login Page
When users access CRIOONLINE, they will see your farm’s logo on the login screen.
  • Reports & Invoices
All built-in reports, PDF exports, and the invoices that the system generates will display your farm logo in the header.
  • Horse Placeholder Image
If a horse in the system does not have an individual photo uploaded, the farm logo will automatically appear as the placeholder in public links.

Supported File Types

  • Accepted formats: JPEG (.jpg / .jpeg), PNG (.png), GIF (.gif), BMP (.bmp), HEIC (.heic), WEBP(.webp)
  • Not supported:  PDF documents or Vector or “designer” file formats (e.g., .ai, .eps, .svg)

Tip: We recommend using a square or near-square image with a resolution of at least 300×300 pixels so that the logo appears crisp both on screen and in PDF exports.

Step-by-Step: Uploading or Changing Your Logo

  • Log in to CRIOONLINE
Use your administrative credentials to sign in.
  • Open the Account Menu
In the top-right corner of the main navigation bar, click on your email address (e.g., youremail@gmail.com) or the current farm name. A dropdown menu will appear.
  • Click “Change logo…”
    • From the dropdown, locate and click the Change logo… button (see Figure 1). This will open the Logo Uploader dialog.
  • Select a Logo File
    • In the file picker, navigate to the image file on your computer and select a valid image file.
    • Click Open (or Choose, depending on your OS).
  • Upload and Preview
    • As soon as you select a valid image, CRIOONLINE will display a preview of how the logo looks at standard sizes (typically around 150×150 pixels).
    • Verify that it appears correctly (no unwanted cropping, distortion, or pixelation).
    • You should see a confirmation message—“Logo uploaded successfully.”
    • The new logo will immediately replace the old one throughout CRIOONLINE (login page, reports, invoices, etc.).

Verifying your new logo appearence

  1. Log out of CRIOONLINE.
  2. Open the login page.
  3. Confirm that your farm logo appears at the top of the login form.
  4. Generate a sample report or preview an invoice (for example, create a test invoice using a dummy client). Verify that the logo appears in the report header and invoice header.
